I've decided that I could very well be an Insomniac. I haven't been getting much sleep as of late... and right now, it's 2:00 in the morning and I have yet to fall asleep, and TECHNICALLY, I should be waking up in another 3 and a half hours.

And I have school.

Luckily, school has been cancelled for the past three days due to the weather, so I was finally able to update on all the fics I've been neglecting. :)

And... yeah. That pretty much sums up everything I wanted to say.

School starts tomorrow and my sleeping habits are completely off due to the holiday, so I doubt I'll be getting a good night's rest tonight.

Not only that, but I've accomplished absolutely nothing that I originally wanted to finish during my two weeks off. I wanted to finish up "Marti the Matchmaker", edit and adjust the first two chapters of "Action and Reaction" before starting the third, add a second chapter to "Catch Me When I Fall" and start a new fic that I have in mind, as well as get some studying (Spanish) done and finish my 50's and On project.

Unfortunately, I've done NONE of this.

Maybe I'm overwhelming myself too much?

I just got ANOTHER idea for a fic.

Can you believe that?

I mean, don't get me wrong - I love writing fics and stories and whatnot, but... how am I going to ever finish all of these if new ideas keep popping up out of the blue?

*Sigh*

Alright, so the New Year is just three days away. Isn't that insane? 2007 is almost a blur to me - that's how fast it went by.

I'm currently juggling about 4 fanfics right now on FFN and I've promised myself to finish up "Marti the Matchmaker" by the end of the year, as well as add a new chapter or two to "Action and Reaction" and "Catch Me When I Fall". Also, if I have time, I might even write a New Years one-shot/drabble/whatever for my "Holiday Rendezvous" fic. If I have time, that is.

Not only that, but I currently have two or three more ideas just circulating in my subconscious right now - that's not even counting the millions of one-shot ideas that my muse keeps throwing at me every two hours.

It's rather troublesome, I must admit, but I do love writing above all. I just wish I had more time on my hands to do so.

Well, that's all I have to say right now.

Hurray!

This time it only took me... a little over a month to update!

I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of LJ, which I'm rather happy about, and I'd like to thank everyone who helped me with just... getting used to posting and such. You guys are great! ;D

At the moment, I can't really think of anything to write. My entire family is over at my house right now to celebrate the Christmas season, which is really awesome since I only get to see most of them once a year to begin with.

Before I re-join them, however, I'd like to take the time to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas!

It just occurred to me that I haven't posted an entry in nearly a year. My bad!

However, if it's any consolation, many things have happened during this time. I'm a year older, I'm in 11th grade, and my interests have also changed. I don't think I'm as obsessed with things anime and manga as I used to be, though I still love watching them and reading manga and such. And cosplaying... can't forget cosplaying... ;P

However, my latest interests revolve around shows like "Life With Derek" and its many pairings. I'm rooting for Dasey/Lizwin all the way. I've even written some fanfics and am in the midsts of writing more.

But yeah... that's pretty much all I have to say. Right now, anyways. I'd usually have more to say - especially after a year, right? - but it's midnight and my mind is beginning to stop functioning properly, so I can hardly think of anything remotely coherent to say at the moment. Though you're probably wondering how I could use such big words if I'm so incoherent... the reason being... I probably have a larger vocabulary than most 16-year-olds at my school. I blame all the books and stories I've read. I swear, I can't go a day without reading something - be it a book or a fanfic or WHATEVER. I am addicted to reading. 'Nuff said.

I'm rambling, aren't I? That's one of my many side effects from being tired. I also tend to blurt out random stuff and snuggle up to people I barely know. :P

Grr... so much for the GaaSaku challenge. Oh well, I'm still writing the fanfic...

... or, at least, I'm in the MIDST of writing it. I'm half-way done. It was originally a Kankurou/Sakura one, but... somehow, it morphed into GaaSaku instead. :/ Go figure.

Hmm... what else...

Ack, never mind, I'm too tired to write anything else.

School's been a bitch. <_< Too much homework, in my opinion. Especially in Math and English... don't get me wrong; I LOVE English and all, but there are just TOO many rules! Pfft... Latest obsession? So bored... nothing to do lately except watch TV and write fanfics and update on them.

Most of my friends are leaving for the summer! *Sobs* I'll be alone! They'll be traveling Europe and I'll be sitting on my butt all summer getting fat from eating poptarts and ramen!><

Hmm... I've already seen Pirates of the Carribean 2... twice... it was a good movie. I enjoyed it a lot... though, I do have one question. Was anyone else, besides me, reminded of Kisame (Naruto) when that hammerhead shark guy appeared?

*Shrugs* Perhaps that was just me...

Well... I'm happy.

Exams are over... have been for about a week, now... and... summer vacation is here...

But now... I'm just bored! *Sobs*

THERE'S NOTHING TO DO! I'VE BEEN PIGGING OUT ON POPTARTS FOR THE PAST WEEK!

So fat... so fat... I know... BUT! I DID go to the mall a couple of times... and I saw the movie "Click." It was pretty good, IMO. I laughed... and I cried... and I saw "Superman Returns" too... it was alright. I think I prefer X-Men and Catwoman over it though...

I wrote another fanfic.:)

Exams

School's almost over, but tomorrow, exams are starting.

My first exam... English. No worries, though. I'm pretty good at that, but on Friday I've got Math... and Math isn't exactly my best subject... *sweatdrop*

OMG! Last night, I watched the saddest episode of "Popular". Now, don't get me wrong - I'm not an avid fan of the show or anything and I don't tune into it every night of my life, but I've seen enough episodes to know who the characters are and what they're like.

Anyways, last night's episode was incredibly sad. I'm not sure WHAT happened on Monday's episode, but I think it had something to do with yesterday's... Harrison kept taking pain killers and Sam was starting to worry about him because he kept complaining about headaches and such... and Sam had to blackmail him into seeing a doctor. The doctor they saw wouldn't give them the results of the test until he had Harrison's parents'/guardian's permission, and so, they left.

Well, anyways, Harrison didn't really think anything was wrong with him, but his headaches started to get SO bad that he resorted to breaking into Sam's locker and stealing her pain killers. When Sam asked him about it over the phone, Brook was eavesdropping on them from her room and found something to use against Harrison during their... little debate-thing later on or something... (I don't know what was going on, exactly... it looked like they were having an election or something and Brook and Harrison were the runner-ups.)

Well, when Harrison yelled at Sam over the phone and hung up, Sam convinced her boyfriend (can't recall his name) to help her sneak into the doctor's office and find out what Harrison's test results were. We don't see WHAT exactly it was, but we know she found out, because in the next scene, she's reading over some papers she printed off the internet and crying and her mom convinces her to tell Harrison.

She shows Harrison the papers and all of the test results the next morning or so, but we STILL don't know what he has, but we know it's bad.

Anyways, at the debate/election, Brook accuses Harrison of doing drugs and all of this stuff, and stealing pain killers from Sam, and Harrison admits to all of this, before adding that the only reason he took them was because he was in pain... and the reason he was in pain (finally, after an entire 45 of trying to figure out WHAT was wrong with him!), was because...

He was diagnosed with Leukemia.

I JUST STARTED BAWLING! I thought it was so sad! I just couldn't stop crying! I cried for about 15 - 20 minutes before I went to bed, and then, I had the creepiest dream... it was about that freaky-ass woman from the movie "Stay Alive" (crappy movie... but the woman in it scared the hell out of me...)

Scary.O_O

Anyways, that pretty much ends my entry for now.

What a boring life I must have, right?:P Writing in an online journal... but... it seems to make more sense than an actual one... this way, my sister can't read it.
